Shipping
- All items ship from San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy.
- We pack with care, using recycled materials whenever possible.
- Each shipment includes a tracking number.
- Buyers may arrange their own carrier upon request.
- Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Undeliverable or unclaimed parcels will be returned at the buyer’s expense.
Right of Withdrawal
EU Customers
- As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
- To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by email. You may use the standard EU withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory.
- You must return the goods promptly, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
- The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds include the item price and the original standard delivery cost (if applicable), and will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return.
Returns and Refunds
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
- If an item is not as described, or damaged in transit, we will cover return costs.
Damaged Deliveries
- If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damage. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
- Refunds for transport damage are issued only after the carrier confirms the claim (process usually 2–6 weeks).
- Please inspect your parcel on delivery and refuse it if the package appears externally damaged.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to order or clearly personalized.
- Items agreed as final sale.
