The Elena tables are very versatile. They can used as a free standing coffee table. They were conceived to be used as free standing table, but they can also be combined horizontally to decor a large room. Finally, they can be stacked up to four pieces, to make beautiful shelf, or a rack for a vintage hi-fi system!
The patent design of Elena table is a signature of Vico Magistretti creative genius, with the iconic curved, shaped legs that blends seamlessly into the glossy black tabletop. The Elena table is made of ABS thermoplastic resin, reflecting the innovation of design and materials that has been a signature of Italian Design in the 1960s and 1970s.
This specimen is in very good vintage conditions with with signs of wear consistent with ageing. The designer and brand logo are stamped on the bottom of the table.
