Famous and very rare space age ceramic lamp designed by Marcello Cuneo for Gabbianelli in the 60s.
This lamp is made of two ceramic parts. The base supports the lamp holder and makes the lampshade with a curved, harmonic oval shape. The smaller ceramic piece inside the lampshade works as a dimmer, allowing to adjust the intensity of light.
The uniqueness of this lamp is the idea of using high quality ceramic to build the body of the lamp, making it as simple as durable. Besides SC3, also the Longobarda was a brilliant example of this concept. They were equally produced in different sizes and colours.
This lamp has an timeless shape that makes it a perfect combination for any home setting and style. For instance, you can place them in your favourite room as a decoration item, too. The yellow color gives a shining impact also when the light is off. It will always give a touch of exclusivity.
