No. All pieces are authentic vintage, mainly dating from the 1960s to 1970s, unless otherwise specified as new old stock.

Where do you ship from and where are you based?
All orders ship from our workshop in San Benedetto del Tronto, in the Marche region of Italy.
From here, each piece is carefully prepared, checked and professionally packed before beginning its journey worldwide.

What are your shipping times and delivery estimates?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days using express couriers.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 days within Italy and 2–3 days across mainland Europe.
For the United States and the UK, delivery is usually 2–3 days for small parcels, while larger items may require up to 10 working days.
Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, buyers are responsible for any local customs duties and import taxes.
These are determined by the destination country and are typically requested by local authorities before delivery.

Full payment is required before dispatch.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible — we will take care of everything with you.
We will guide you through the process and help resolve the issue quickly.
We may ask for photos of the package and contents within 48 hours, and to keep all packaging until the claim is completed.
How do returns and refunds work?
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Once the item is returned in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
