Are your items new?
No. All pieces are vintage, mainly dating from the 1960s–70s, unless otherwise noted as new old stock. As vintage items, they may show signs of age and use – this is part of their unique character and charm.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship across Europe, the US, and worldwide. If your destination is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote.
What are the shipping times?
We dispatch orders within 2 business days using express couriers.
Delivery times are typically 1–2 days within Italy and 2–3 days across mainland Europe.
For the US and UK, delivery usually takes 2–3 days for small parcels, while larger items may require up to 10 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures.
In all cases, we provide our best delivery estimate with the order confirmation.
How are items packaged?
All items are packed with great care using highly protective materials, such as bubble wrap, thick polystyrene, and sturdy cardboard boxes. Whenever possible, we deliberately use recycled materials to reduce our environmental impact.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Photograph the package and contents immediately and send us the images within 48 hours. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Who pays customs or import taxes?
Buyers outside the EU are responsible for local duties and import taxes.
Can I arrange my own shipping?
Yes. Contact us before checkout if you prefer to use your own carrier.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna and Stripe. You can choose your preferred method at checkout. Full payment is required before dispatch.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of withdrawal notification, but may be delayed until we have received the goods back or proof of return.
