Space age iconic Table Lamp ‘Baobab’ by iGuzzini – a project conceived by iGuzzini design team in 1976 and produced by the world-famous italian maker from 1978 until 1992.
Baobab is made with a truncated ochre conical base in turned metal (iron), an ochre ABS plastic bottom and mushroom lampshade with a clear acrylic rim. Bakelite E27 bulb holders.
The lamp holder, switches and wiring are original and in excellent conditions. Works with 2 E27 bulbs, 2x 60 w, 110/220 v). Any type of light bulb can be used. But preferably clear or bright bulbs. Standard European plug, works outside EU with a simple adapter.
