Beautiful coffee table ‘Elena’, a patent design by Vico Magistretti for Metra, Italy.
The Elena tables are very versatile. They can used as a free standing coffee table. They can combined horizontally to decor a large room. Finally, they can be stacked up to four pieces, to make beautiful shelf, or a rack for a vintage hi-fi system!
The combination of the pieces allows a very distinctive visual impact. The design is a signature of Vico Magistretti creative genius. The quality of material is outstanding, in line with the standard of the premium makers of the 70s.
Very good vintage conditions, with signs of wear consistent with ageing. The designer and brand logo are stamped on the bottom of each table.
